From time to time, we here at the Cantina Crew like to highlight the creative works of our fans and Crewmates. After all, our website and social media platforms grow on the premise of community. Some of the works we highlight are directly related to Star Wars and others are off topic.

Today, we will focus on the artistic stylings of Sean Petrilak. Below are some Star Wars related drawings that he has kindly shared with us for this exposé.

A natural phenomenon, Crewmate Sean Petrilak’s earliest works began in utero where he marked his mother’s womb with a 36 pack of crayons. A true marvel and wonder to the scientific community, these caveman like drawings are still the subject of much speculation and study today. Since conception, his life has been a simple, steady progression of drawing, Star Wars, drawing, Legos and did I say drawing?

Early in his career Sean dabbled in live action where he acquired an unusual client list in the music industry. Some of his clients include Lady Gaga, Kanye West, Rihanna, P Diddy and other various clients he is unable to disclose at this time due to confidentiality agreements.

Part of the elite team at Disney, Sean is currently a storyboard artist focusing on comedic drawings, filming funny things and just plain tickling people’s funny bones. Recently, he finished storyboarding the TV series Kung Fu Panda: Legends of Awesomeness, Ultimate Spiderman and other various projects.

Sean’s ambitions aren’t entirely apparent, seeing how his interests are all over the place. But his passions are presently storyboarding, directing, writing and illustrating. You can find more of Sean’s works atwww.seanpetrilak.blogspot.com (blog) or www.seandrawsstories.com (portfolio site).

Given that our core founding members all hailed from the off topic forum at the old official Star Wars message board, we want everyone to feel comfortable sharing and discussing any number of things, not just Star Wars, as variety is the spice of life. If you have any arts, crafts or written works you would like to share with the Crew, please feel welcome to contact us at any time.
